The Mayor and Clerk: are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Precision Excavating & Grading in the name of the City of <br />Centerville for the aforementioned improvement according to the plans and <br />specifications (Base Bid Plus Alternate #1) therefore approved by the Council and <br />on file with the City Clerk. <br />
