<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT PUBLIC <br />HEARING BEFORE THE CENTERVILLE PLANNING & ZONING <br />COMMISSION <br /> <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE <br />that the Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission will <br />be holding a public hearing and may take action on the following matter: <br /> <br />ITEM: <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit Allowing <br />Bennett & Koch Construction to utilize the existing <br />th <br />building located at 6995 – 20 Avenue South (Lake <br />Area Utilities) to operate a warehouse storage <br />facility for vehicles and trailers associated with <br />operating a construction business (subject to any <br />additional requirements the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission may impose). (Subject property is <br />Zoned B1 – Commercial) <br /> <br /> <br />PETITIONER: <br />Mr. John Koch <br /> <br />PROPERTY I.D. #: <br />R23-31-22-41-0052 <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />OUTLOT A CENTER VILLA <br /> <br /> <br />The petitioner requests that the Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission consider <br />granting a Conditional Use Permit allowing Bennett & Koch Construction to operate a <br />construction business with warehouse storage and vehicle/trailer parking outside in the <br />Commercial Zoning District on the above-mentioned property. The said hearing will <br />take place on Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street <br />in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. <br /> <br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br />interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., August 31, 2007. All persons interested <br />are invited to attend and to be heard verbally or in writing.
