Centcnifle, ;:WN 55038 <br />651-429-3232 or 'FiV( 651-429-8629 <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission Report and Recommendation. <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission met on September 4,2007, to hold a public hearing <br />to consider a request of Bennett & Koch Construction, LLC and property owner Will <br />Lesard to operate a construction business at 3995 20th Avenue South. <br /> <br />The neighboring property owners within 350 feet were mailed notice of hearing and the <br />notice was published in the official paper. Comments from interested persons were <br />considered in making these findings. <br /> <br />Findings: <br /> <br />1) The applicants proposed business qualifies as a conditional use in the B-1 zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />2) The Commission identified adverse impacts that can be mitigated by including <br />additional conditions for a permit. <br /> <br />FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION:. <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission recommends that the conditional use permit be <br />granted, finding specifically that the applicant can satisfy reasonable conditions that will <br />mitigate the adverse impacts of approving the project and the conditional use permit. The <br />recommended form of permit is attached for consideration by the City Council <br /> <br />Dallas Larson, Administrator <br />
