<br />" <br /> <br />Rice Creek Watershed District Permit <br />Application Status Updat <br /> <br />RECEIVED <br />AUG 27 2007 <br /> <br />Permit Application Number: <br /> <br />07 -083 <br /> <br />Date of Board Action: <br /> <br />August 22,2007 <br /> <br />Current Status: <br /> <br />CENTERVILLE, MN <br /> <br />Conditional8pproval Pending Receipt Of Changes (CAPROC) <br /> <br />Please note the following: <br /> <br />· You are not authorized to begin site work until all pending items are satisfied as <br />enumerated in the attached Engineer's Report. If project is initiated without <br />obtaining an RCWD Permit, the project will be stopped by the District Inspector <br />until the permit is obtained. <br /> <br />. You have 12 months from the date of Board action to submit/satisfy all pending <br />items and receive a permit. Otherwise the conditional approval expires and a <br />new application will need to be submitted and considered by the Board. RCWD <br />staff is not authorized to grant extensions. <br /> <br />· To satisfy pending items, applicants may submit electronic files (.pdf or .jpg <br />format) to permits@ricecreek.org or 2 paper copies of all submittal items to the <br />District with the exception of plan sheets. Plan sheets must include 2 full-sized <br />copies, and 1 reduced size (11 by 17 inches or smaller) or an electronic file. <br /> <br />· Surety - for surety amounts of $5000 or less, the applicant must submit a check <br />made out to the RCWD. For surety amounts over $5000, the applicant must <br />provide the first $5000 in the form of a check and has the option of providing the <br />remainder of the surety amount in the form of a Letter of Credit (see website for <br />template). <br /> <br />. Easements - if an easement is required per your list of pending items in the <br />attached Engineer's Report, then the legal descriptions of these easements must <br />be prepared by the applicant, reviewed and approved by the District, and then <br />submitted to the County Recorder's Office for recording. An easement template <br />is on the website. <br /> <br />. Wetland Conservation Act Forms - For projects involving wetland impacts and <br />replacement, State law requires the preparation and recording of Wetland Legal <br />Forms for replacement wetlands. Instructions for completing and recording these <br />forms are included in the wetland legal forms document on the website. The <br />wetland legal documents require the applicant to prepare legal descriptions of all <br />replacement wetlands. These legal descriptions and the forms must be reviewed <br />
