CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Capra called the August 8, 2007, City Council meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Capra deleted Item 2 from the Approval of Minutes, added page 10a and Item 7 to <br />the Consent Agenda, and added Item 8 to New Business. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lakso added Item 2: Red Cross Update to AnnouncementslUpdates. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar. seconded by Council Member Lakso. to approve <br />the a2enda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />1. August 8, 2007 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Capra noted the motion on page five of six occurred at the park, just before motion <br />to adjourn. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard stated Counci1member Paar seconded the motion on page two, <br />Item 1 of the consent agenda. <br />
