The existing agreement is over 20 <br />years old and does not address current issues. The enclosed <br />agreement represents the conclusion of the Council as to its terms. It <br />largely follows the League of Cities recommendations for such a <br />mutual aid agreement. <br /> <br />Please have your city execute the agreement and return to me.
