Inc. at 6716 <br />CenterviUe Road <br /> <br />Mr. Brent Meyer addressed his needs and the reason for the Interim Use Permit request. <br />He stated the business is smaIl with the typical equipment and two staff. He pointed out <br />the location on a site map. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard recommended discussing this with the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Consensus reached that approving this would create a spot zone situation that could set <br />precedence for other properties. <br /> <br />Consensus reached to defer this item until feedback is received from the City Attorney. <br /> <br />2. Fence Permit - Mr. Kevin Amundsen. 1782 Peltier Lake Drive <br /> <br />Mr. Amundsen reported that he would like to build a six-foot privacy fence in his front <br />yard. He distributed photos of his property and examples of other fences in the City.
