Comments ftom interested persons were <br />considered in making these findings. <br /> <br />Findings: <br /> <br />1) The applicants proposed business qualifies as 8 conditiooal use in the B-1 zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />2) The Cnmmi.,ion identified adverse impaas that can be mitigated by including <br />additional conditions for 8 permit. <br /> <br />FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION:. <br /> <br />The P1annillg & Zoning Commission recommends that tbe conditional use permit be <br />granted, finding specifically that the applicant can satisfY reasonable conditions that will <br />mitigate the lIdverse impacts of approvins the project and the conditional use permit.
