Lakes Police Department is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public <br />Safety, Office of Traffic Safety, on behalf of the City of Centerville, for the project <br />entitled: SAFE " SOBER COMMUNITIES during the period ftom October 1, 2007 <br />through September 30, 2008. <br /> <br />The chief' of the Centennial Lakes Police Department is herby authorized to execute such <br />agreements and. amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the <br />Centennial Lakes Police Department and the City of Centerville. <br /> <br />BE IT FARTHER RESOLVED, that the Sheriff of Anoka County is hereby <br />authorized to be fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf of the Centennial . <br />Lakes Police Department and the City ofCircl~ Pines. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of October, 2007. <br /> <br />Mary Capra, Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br /> <br />3itv <br />
