Lakes Police Department is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public <br />Safety, Office of Traffic Safety, on behalf of the City of Centerville, for the project <br />entitled: SAFE" SOBER COMMUNITIES during the period from October 1,2007 <br />through September 30, 2008. <br /> <br />The cbief of the Centennial Lakes Police Department is herby authorized to execute such <br />agreements and. amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the <br />Centennial Lakes Police Department and the City ofCenterville. <br /> <br />BE IT FARTHER RESOLVED, that the Sheriff of Anoka County is hereby <br />authorized to be fiscal agent and adminitter this grant on bebalf of the Centennial <br />Lakes Police Department and the City of Circle Pines. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of October, 2007. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />("Xttest: ~'/"(4) Je:(~ <br />.
