Bldg. 9 years ago inCenterville, Mn. We did <br />so because we felt the rent was reasonable. Most of us have lived <br />. here since the building was built in 1998 with 16 Apartments. <br /> <br />At pre-construction meetings we were told a small increase could <br />be expected for a few years. Our rent has gone up for 8 of the 9 years <br />since we have renewed our rental contracts. <br /> <br />With the housing market being in the worst slump in 16 years and <br />the competitive market in the rental of apartments, we are well aware <br />of what is going on around us and we feel we are on a level with <br />current market value rates in the area. <br /> <br />Based on the above conditions we trust that our rental rates for <br />2008 will be held to meet our needs because we want to keep our <br />apartments and this should be an advantage for all concerned. <br />Please let us know what your decision is? <br /> <br />Thank You from the Residents of Chauncey Barett Gardens 7026 <br />Centerville Rd.
