<br />Chapter 6 <br />Evaluation Program <br /> <br />The evaluation program will determine the progress of the City to implement its plan of action. <br />Evaluations must be conducted at least every 2.5 years or when the wellhead plan is amended. <br />To evaluate progress in achieving plan goals the City will perform the following. <br /> <br />I. WELLHEAD PROTECTION PROGRESS REPORT <br /> <br />Every two years the Wellhead Protection Plan Manager will prepare a Progress Report that <br />will: <br /> <br />1. Discuss developments that have affected the Wellhead Protection Plan; <br /> <br />2. Briefly discuss the outcomes of the Wellhead Protection Awareness Project and <br />Hazardous Materials Management Education Project; <br /> <br />3. List the number of wells sealed in the City since adoption of the plan; <br /> <br />4. Provide an update of the Potential Contaminant Source Inventory; <br /> <br />5. Summarize the historical and most recent water quality monitoring results; <br /> <br />6. Summarize the historical and most recent water use data and briefly discuss the <br />effectiveness of efforts at reducing water demand; and <br /> <br />7. Present a plan for action to meet the remaining objectives of the wellhead protection <br />plan. <br /> <br />II. INCORPORATION OF WELLHEAD PROTECTION PLAN IN COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> <br />The Wellhead Protection Plan will be incorporated into the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />during the next plan update. <br /> <br />III.
