<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br /> <br />'Established 18S7 <br /> <br />1880 'Main Street, Centerviffe, 'M:N 55038 <br />651-429-3232 ortFax.. 651-429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 07-0:J.i. <br /> <br />;. <br />~~\1Y <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECOUPING COSTS FOR NUISANCE ABATEMENT, 1970 <br />SOUTH ROBIN LANE, CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA (pIN #R23-31-22-U..(038) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requested that the property owner of record abate a Nuisance, <br />Grass Length, at the above stated address on May 30, 2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner of record was given until June 11, 2007 to comply with <br />the City's request otherwise the City would provide services and recoup associated costs; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City provided proper notification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City provided proper notification of its right to reimburse itself for the <br />associated lawn maintenance costs through the 429.101 process if said violation was not <br />abated within its given timeframe and designated Staff ordered its abatement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner of the property was given proper notification of assessment for <br />each mowing and same being placed on the property taxes of PIN #R23-31-22.II-0038 <br />payable in 2008. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />I) That the Finance Director or the City Clerk of the City of Centerville forward this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Property Tax Division for the assessment of <br />$718.60 plus interest added from the date of this resolution through December 31, <br />2008 to be placed on PIN #R23-31-22-11-0038 payable in 2008 for expenditures <br />associate with the lawn maintenance at the residence in August, September & <br />October of 2007. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of Centerville on November 14, 2007. <br /> <br />'--m~{o~ <br />Mayor, C ra <br />
