In addition, the City of Centerville requested an easement from the HRA for trail and utility purposes over the North 25 feet of that property. Enclosed you will find the following: 1. A fully executed Easement by the Anoka County HRA, as Grantor, to the City of Centerville for utility and pedestrian trail purposes across the North 25 feet. 2. A fully executed Easement by the Anoka County HRA, as Grantor, to the City of Centerville conveying a drainage and utility easement upon the Chauncey Barrett Garden property. 3. An Easement which must be executed by the City of Centerville which grants to the Anoka County HRA a perpetual flowage and ponding easement at the Chauncey Barrett Garden property. As you recall, the exchange of the easement for drainage purposes is necessary to correct the legal description for the easements as they are now laid out on the property. Please have the City execute its Easement to the Anoka County HRA and return it to me at the above address. I will then have it recorded.
