<br />EASEMENT <br /> <br />For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable <br /> <br />consideration, the City of Centerville, Minnesota, a Minnesota municipal corporation <br /> <br />(Grantor) does hereby grant, bargain and sell, release quitclaim and convey to the Anoka <br /> <br />County Housing and Redevelopment Authority, (Grantee) a public body corporate and <br /> <br />politic, and to its successor and assigns, a perpetual flowage and ponding easement over, <br /> <br />on and upon an~ across the land hereinafter described, all of said land lying and being in <br /> <br /> <br />Anoka County, Minnesota.
