ITEMS OF DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1. Interview with Mr. Roland Parrucci for Planning and Zoning Candidate <br /> <br />Mr. Parrucci was asked the foJlowing questions: <br /> <br />a. What do you see as the role of the Planning and Zoning Commission? <br /> <br />Mr. Parrucci replied he believes the role is to review ordinances and ensure <br />appropriateness and ensure health and safety of the community through ordinances. <br /> <br />b. What practical eJqlefience or expertise can you bring to the Commission? <br /> <br />Mr. Parrucci replied he is a business manager of Oakdale Schools for many years and <br />was responsible for the operations of the School District health and safety programs. <br /> <br />c. What do you perceive to be the important issue facing Centerville? <br /> <br />Mr. Parrucci replied growth. He believes the City is facing two conflicting issues: 1) The <br />older residents wanting to leave the City as it has been, and 2) the younger residents <br />wanting to see growth. <br /> <br />, <br />, <br />/ <br />
