<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER COMMENTS AND <br />OBJECTIONS TO VACATING PUBLIC EASEMENTS <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, <br />that the City Council of the City of Centerville will <br />consider vacating public easements on or across Lots 7, 8 and that part of Lot 9, Block <br />12; Lot 5 and Part of Lots 4 and 6, Block 13. These public easements are associated with <br />the Hanson/Marshall Re-Platting/Subdivision (1580 & 1588 Sorel Street). The meeting <br />is scheduled for Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The <br />purpose of the meeting is to ascertain public input regarding the above easement <br />vacations, the possibility of granting the easement vacations and the adoption of the <br />resolution below. <br /> <br />The City Hall is located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota and is ADA <br />accessible. Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign language interpreter must be <br />received before 4:00 p.m. December 7, 2007.
