UPDATES <br /> <br />Tracie McBride Memorial Park Renovations <br /> <br />This item was discussed under Appearances. <br /> <br />Hidden SDnne: Park <br /> <br />The work at Hidden Spring Park is substantially completed, but shoreline restoration will need <br />more attention in the spring, as will plantings in the rain garden. Vice-Chairperson Amundsen <br />pointed out that the swing was installed with wood seats and this was intended to be recycled <br />plastic along with the benches. <br /> <br />Sidewalks I Trail Connections & 2009 Street ImDrovement Proiect <br /> <br />This item was tabled to the next meeting. <br /> <br />Removal of Trees at Eae:le Park <br /> <br />Mr. Palzer will arrange for removal of some of the trees and trimming up of others at Eagle Park <br />in order to make the park safer and to reduce the likelihood that he park will be used for <br />underage drinking and other unintended activities. It was suggested that the local Boy Scouts <br />may be interested in a project like this. <br /> <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Selander, seconded by Committee Member <br />Harris, to adjourn the November 7, 2007 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting at 8:04 <br />p.m. All in favor.
