<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br /> <br />'L;tafj{isfred 1857 <br /> <br />1880 ~ain Street, Centerviffe, :M:N 55038 <br />651-429-3232 or 'F1V(651-429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 07-.2i1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECORD OF <br />DECISION ON ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET FOR <br />CENTERVILLE DOWNTOWN REDEVEWPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to duly given mailed and published notice, the City Council <br />held a public hearing on November 14, 2007 and considered public comments received <br />during the comment period and during the public hearing, regarding the Environmental <br />Assessment Worksheet for the Downtown Redevelopment Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the public hearing the City's engineer has prepared a <br />response to comments as well as recommended "Findings of Fact and Record of <br />Decision" on the subject Environmental Assessment Worksheet. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVll..LE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Findings of Fact and Record of Decision dated November 28, <br />2007, together with the addendum dated November 28, 2007, is <br />hereby adopted. <br />2. The Centerville Downtown Redevelopment Project as described in the <br />EA W does not have potential for significant environmental effects. <br />3. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will not be required for the <br />Centerville Downtown Redevelopment Project defined in the EAW. <br />4.
