<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br /> <br />~L..;ta6[isfzed 1857 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />1880 !Main Street, CentervilIe, :MN 55038 <br />651-429-3232or'E4J(651-429-8629 <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVlLLE <br />RESOLUTION #07 - :2# <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPtING ASSESSMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH WES1'VJEW WATER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notiCe duly given as required by law, the council has met and heard and passed <br />upon all objecttons to the proposed assessment for the westview Street Water Jmprovements as follows; and, <br /> <br />eIQJt <br />R2+31~22-22-0008 <br /> <br />ADDRESS <br />1724 Main Street <br /> <br />AMOUNT <br />$9,042.18 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNQL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVlLLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is <br />hereby acceptm and shan oonsUt.ute the special assessment against the lands named <br />therein, and each tract of land therein included Is hereby found to be benefited by the <br />proposed improvement in the amomt of the assessment levied against it. <br />2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal installments extending over a period of niIJg <br />(2) years, the fi'st of the Installments to be payable on or before the ftrsI: Monday in <br />January 2008, and bear interest at the rate of M per annum form the date of the <br />adoption of this assessment resolution. To each subsequent Instalment when due shall <br />be added interest for one (1) year on all unpaid installments. <br />3. The 0WIl8" of any properly so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br />assessment to the Coonty Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such property, <br />with late fees accrued to the date of pavntEnt, to the City Clerk, no certifIcatiorI fee win be <br />charged if the entire assessment is paid within thbty (30) days from the adoption of this <br />resolution; and he,lshe may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City Clerk the entire <br />amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued on December 31 of <br />the year In which such payment is made. Such payment must be made before November <br />15 or interest will be charged through December 31 of the next succeeding year. <br />4. The Clerk shaH for1hwlth transmit a cellfied dupliCate of this assessment to the County <br />Auditor to be extended on the property tax lists of the Coonty.
