<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 07-xxx <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING WELLHEAD PROTECTION PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to duly given mailed and published notice, the City Council held <br />a public hearing on November 14, 2007 and considered public comments received during <br />the comment period and during the public hearing, regarding the "DRAFT' "WELLHEAD <br />PROTECTION PLAN, PART 2," and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the public hearing the City administrator has modified the plan <br />as appropriate in response to comments and input received during and prior to the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The WELLHEAD PROTECTION PLAN, PART 2, dated December 12, <br />2007, is hereby adopted. <br />2. That the City Administrator shall file the final document in his office as well <br />as file copies with the Minnesota Department of Health, Anoka County and <br />with Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 12th day of December, 2007. <br /> <br />Mayor, Mary Capra <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br /> <br />~5 <br />
