PUBUC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Mayor Capra opened the Public Hearing 6:42 p.m. <br /> <br />1. Consideration of Vacating Public Easements (1580 & 1588 Sorel Street - <br />HanSQnlMarshall) <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz summarized the vacating of the public easements of 1580 and 1588 <br />and Sorel Street. He stated all the new easements have been procured with the new plat. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard inquired as to the outcome of the meeting with the neighbors <br />concerning the lot line. <br /> <br />Mr. Eric Marshall, 1580 Sorel Street, replied that all lines were correct. <br /> <br />~~,ion by Council ~ember Pa"r. seeonde4 by Coone" ~~~er ~am. to Clqse tlJe <br />Public Hearin2. November 28.. 2007 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser requested that the following sentence be added as paragraph 6 to <br />page 4 of 9: "This money would be kept in a separate account used only for Fete-des- <br />Lacs monies." <br /> <br />Mayor Capra requested a change from ". . . notify the violators. . ." to "Consensus <br />reached to request Public Works comprise a list of violators" on page 5 of9. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra requested that on page 8 of 9, paragraph 6, to change "Councilmember" <br />Lakso to "EDA President" Lakso. <br /> <br />Motion bv Councll Member Paar. seconded bv Counell Member Lakso. to aoorove <br />the November ~8~ 1007 City Council meetinS! minutes u adle.d~.
