City of Centerville <br />February 9, 2005 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />Mayor Capra requested the following change: On Page 2, under consent agenda indicate <br />that the discussion was concerning item 7. On Page 5 of 10 change “was” to what. On <br />Page 7 of 10, in the motion clarify that the approval was for a laptop for Staff and not for <br />Council. <br />Council Member Lee requested the following change: On Page 10 of 10 insert the time <br />Council reconvened from executive session and then list the time of adjournment and <br />include that Council Member Paar made the motion to adjourn and Council Member <br />Lakso seconded the motion. The adjournment time was 9:20. <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Lee to approve <br />the December 8, 2004 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers abstained from voting. <br />IV. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked for further information on the annual contract <br />for PC Solutions and what the City gets for the price. <br />Council discussed the matter with Staff and asked that Staff provide further information. <br />st <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked what additional work is being done on 21 <br />Avenue. <br />Page 2 of 8 <br /> <br />
