<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> MARCH 21, 2005 <br />5:30 p.m. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a special meeting on <br />March 21, 2005, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br />PRESENT: <br />Mayor Mary Capra <br /> Council Member Lakso <br /> Council Member Paar <br /> Council Member Broussard Vickers – Arrived 5:55 p.m. <br />ABSENT: <br />Council Member Lee <br />STAFF: <br />City Attorney Ms. Joan Quade <br />FORMER <br />STAFF: <br /> City Finance Director Ellen Paulseth <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Capra called the March 21, 2005, City Council meeting to order at 5:50 <br />p.m. <br />II. SET AGENDA <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso to <br />approve the agenda. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />X. EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED) <br />Council recessed to executive session at 5:51 p.m. <br />1.Lakeland Hills/Royal Oaks Industrial <br />Brief discussion was had regarding pending litigation and upcoming trial dates. <br />Council reconvened from executive session to their regularly scheduled meeting <br />at 6:18 p.m. <br />XI. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar to <br />adjourn the March 21, 2005 Special City Council Meeting at 6:20 p.m. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />
