Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />the May 11, 2005 City Council Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br />IV. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1.City of Centerville May 11, 2005 through May 25, 2005 Claims <br />2.Centennial Fire District through May 13, 2005 Claims <br />3.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through May 12, 2005 <br />4.Church of St. Genevieve Request for Temporary Gambling Permit <br />(Bingo/Paddlewheel, Pull-Tab & Tipboards) for the Parish Festival & Waive Fee <br />& Temporary 3.2 Malt Liquor License <br />5.U.S. Bank – Payoff G.O. Improvement Bond, Series 1998 (Parkview) <br />6.Centerville Lions Club Request for Temporary Bingo Permit for Fete des Lacs & <br />Special Event Permit <br />Mayor Capra requested that items 4 and 6 be removed for insurance clarification. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />Consent Agenda Items 1, 2, 3, and 5 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Capra asked for clarification as to whether the provided insurance covers the <br />gambling or liquor or both. <br />City Administrator Larson suggested approval contingent upon Staff verifying the <br />insurance requirements. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Terway to approve <br />Item 4 contingent upon Staff verifying the insurance requirements. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Capra indicated she would like verification that the insurance certificate is <br />received. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />Item 6 contingent upon receiving the insurance certificate. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />V.
