Seller warrants that <br />5 the property is vacant and that neither Seller, any renter, nor any other person resides that the property. <br /> <br />6 ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS: To the best of the Seller's knowledge there are no hazardous substances <br />7 or underground storage tanks. <br /> <br />8 Buyer has the right to a walk-through review of the property prior to closing to establish that the property is <br />9 in substantially the same condition as of the date of Purchase Agreement.
