<br />Sprinkling Ban Lino Lakes would like to have a joint policy on how the sprinkling <br />ban could be jointly enforced. Mr. Palzer clarified the Centerville sprinkler policy. <br />Mr. Nyberg distributed a cost estimate for 20th Avenue utility extensions and the <br />watermain interconnect. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg mentioned Centerville could adopt a policy for Lino Lakes properties that <br />want to hook up to Centerville utilities. Mr. Nyberg said a joint powers agreement <br />concerning the reconstruction of Cedar Street should be mentioned as something the <br />Cities need to work towards. <br /> <br />Each member of the Council was asked if eight years seemed to be an acceptable <br />number of years as a minimum for ~he operation of the water interconnect. The <br />consensus of the Council was that this was acceptable for the initial agreement. <br />Mr. Rehbein had indicated to Dave Nyberg that he will sign the developer's agreement <br />in regards to his property. <br /> <br />Council discussed 1998 goals and objectives. Each councilmember will rank their top 15 <br />goals for 1998 and then the goals will be compiled into one master list. <br /> <br />MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht, seconded by Counci1member Brenner to <br />adjourn the workshop meeting.
