<br />Centennial Fire District <br />Councilmember Buckbee moved to approve the Centennial Fire District disbursements. <br />Councilmember Brenner seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Pay Estimate No.1 - LaMotte Park <br />Councilmember Brenner moved to approve pay estimate #1 for LaMotte Park. <br />Councilmember Buckbee seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Reschedule November and December Council Meetings <br /> <br />Councilmember Buckbee moved to approve the set agenda with noted changes. <br />Councilmember Brenner seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />Cindy Wegmann _ "No Parking 8:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m. " sign on Centerville Road North of <br />Main Street. <br />Mr. March updated the Council on pedestrian school traffic along Centerville Road to the <br />Elementary School. Children walking to school may be jeopardizing their safety due to vehicles <br />parked on Centerville Road North of Main Street. Children are expected to walk on the sidewalk <br />and then directed to the street when the sidewalk ends. When vehicles are parked in the street, <br />the children walk further into the road in order to get around park vehicles. Mayor Wilharber <br />noted Staff will investigate the sidewalk condition and the area. <br /> <br />APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Joan LaMotte - Recognition Award <br />Mayor Wilharber presented a plaque to Joan LaMotte for the number of years she served the <br />community as an election judge. Ms. LaMotte thanked the Council and the City for recognizing <br />her with the plaque. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />The Woods of Clearwater Creek Development <br />Development Contract - Final Grading Plan - Final Plat Approval <br />Mr. March discussed exhibit B and the securities (letter of credit) in the development contract. <br />Mr. March noted exhibit B has been updated with new figures and additional items have been <br />added. Also, the City has requested securities in the amount of$170,000.
