Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber thanked Mr. March and Mr. Palzer for a job well done indicating the <br />City and City residents owe them a debt of gratitude for their diligence in working to save <br />the City money. <br /> <br />XIII.
