All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />Letter from Anoka County Community Development <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber read a letter from Anoka County Community Development <br />proposing modifying the way Community Development Block Grant funds <br />(CDBG) are distributed throughout the County. <br /> <br />Mr. March explained to Council he had attended a meeting regarding the matter <br />and said under the proposed modifications, Centerville will compete with cities of <br />comparable size for CDBG funds. <br /> <br />Letter from Minnesota House of Representatives <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber read a letter received from the Minnesota House of <br />Representatives regarding a series of town meetings scheduled to discuss <br />proposed modifications to, and the effectiveness of the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />IX.
