<br />Mr. March stated he thought a possible benefit to the City would be a potential <br />water tower sight as it would be visible from the freeway. <br /> <br />Council Member Sweeney stated it would be worth looking into. <br /> <br />Mr. March indicated it is a marginal property but it may work for a skateboard <br />park or BMX park. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber indicated the City may be able to use the property for a variety <br />of different purposes. <br /> <br />Mr. March indicated he received a call from the Liquor Control Division and they <br />asked if the City was going to be imposing a civil penalty on the business that <br />recently received the liquor violation. He told her the City did not intend to do so <br />and she said the Liquor Control Division would be reviewing the case and may be <br />imposing a penalty of their own. <br /> <br />Council Member Sweeney indicated that he read in the QUAD Community Press <br />that other establishments have been shut down for liquor violations. <br /> <br />Xill.
