He wishes to ask for a Planned Unit Development with homes <br />varying in prices from $175,000 to $275,000. <br /> <br />Mr. Carlson stated that he has agreed to pay a park dedication of$2,000 per lot, all costs associated with <br />the MUSA amendment and complete the trail as requested by the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />The consensus of Council is that Mr. Carlson proceeds through the Planning and Zoning process. <br /> <br />Holiday Party Expenditures <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that the celebration committee is asking for approval for the expenditure <br />of an additional $150 to provide complementary hors d'oeuvres for the people who have been invited to <br />the Holiday Party for the commissions, committees and volunteers that worked in some manner to better <br />the City this past year. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council member Sweeney <br />authorizin2= the expenditure of the $150.00 for the holiday party. <br /> <br />Rental Ordinance Registration Fee <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that in order to proceed with the Rental Ordinance process Council would need to set <br />fees for registration of rental units and a penalty fee for non-compliance. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council member Travis <br />to set the fee of $50 for the lIt Unit and $10.00 per unit thereafter and a Penalty Fee <br />of $50.00 Per day for non-compliance. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2000 Municipal Audit <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Sweeney. seconded by Council member Travis to adopt Resolution <br />No. 99-22. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE AND <br />ABDO. ABDO. EICK & MEYERS. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Electrical Permit Fees <br /> <br />Mr. March presented the new fees proposed by the Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br />The fees would be: <br />Single Family dwelling or farm dwelling <br />200 AMP up to 400 AMP services <br />For each inspection or reinsepction <br />State Surchage <br /> <br />$90.00 (minimum 3 inspections) <br />$130.00 (minimum 4 inspections) <br />$25.00 <br />$0.50 <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Travis. seconded by Council member Sweeney to set the new electrical <br />permit fees as recommended.
