The-contract was discussed as-itpertained-to-altercations which-reflect <br />administrative changes. <br /> <br />Mr. Lessard-requested the-€ ouncit to-decreasethe- amount indicated irrthe-E>evetopers <br />Contract for silt fencing, since the average foot is $1.50 and there is not more than 500'. <br />The Council denied Mr. LessardJs request to- reduce-the- cost for silt fencing. <br /> <br />Mr. Lessard recalled from a past Council meeting that the City planned to pay the <br />watermain over sizing cost. Mayo-r Wilharber recalled a discussion in regards to-the City <br />paying the watermain over sizing cost, however, he was not clear on what action the <br />Council took. Staffwas directed toresearch the-minutes and Council tapeto-determin<:< if <br />the watermain oversizing issue was discussed and if Council took action. Councilmember <br />Nelson read aloud excerpts of past minutes regarding Center Villa subdivision. <br /> <br />The Council elected to change page 9- #10 to read as follows: <br />
