Afterreceiving the-tax <br />statement, her residence estimated market value went up $37,000. During a phone conversation with Mr. <br />Smith; he explained the value increasectbecauseof-thesateprice-oflots on eentervilkRmrd:- Whent,he <br />value increased from $133,000 to $170,400 payable year 2000, she was disappointed. The home . <br />improvements~were funded from the "'fhist>td House"-program.
