<br />Motion by Mayor Wilharber, seconded by Councilmember Brenner since Councilmember Nelson was <br />gracious enough to bring in her head sets for staff to experiment with, and upon satisfaction then <br />authorize Staff to purchase telephone headsets. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Gaustad explained the Staffs desire to implement voice mail boxes for the Administrative Staff <br />The cost for three mailboxes is $38.25 per month ($12.75 each) or $43.25 per month with a router <br />included. The mailbox service would be used in addition to written messages and may be an efficient <br />office tool. Ms. Gaustad recommended that the City purchase three voice mailboxes with the router <br />included. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Brenner, seconded Councilmember Sweeney to authorize the purchase of <br />three mailboxes with a router for $43.25 per month. Brenner, Sweeney, Mayor Wilharber, Travis aye <br />Nelson nay. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Agenda Items Due Time <br />Ms. Gaustad requested the Council consider establishing a due date and time for Council agenda items. <br />Currently, Staff is required to distribute several packets of information. With delays in <br />receiving pertinent information this causes the Council packet to be delivered late Friday afternoon. <br />Ms. Gaustad recommended the Council establish a policy. <br /> <br />IX. ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br /> <br />Generator Purchase ( Centennial Fire) <br />Mr. March reported Fire Chief Bennett is considering the purchase of a generator. More information <br />will be available to the Council at a later date. <br /> <br />H.R. Green Flood wav Proposal <br />Mr. March noted H.R. Green had monies available from the $850. and are proposing to use the remaining <br />$200 toward the cost to submit the LOMA application. <br /> <br />Letter from Past Intern James Bownik <br />Mr. March commented that the past intern James Bownik voiced an interest in continuing as an intern <br />on a part-time (10 hours a week) bases. <br /> <br />The Council's consensus was to request the City Administrator to put together a proposal and present <br />it to the Council. <br /> <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />
