<br />Resolution 99-20, Adopting Assessments for Delinquent Sewer and Water Billings <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Nelson. seconded by Council member Sweeney adoptin2 <br />Resolution No. 99-20. adopting special assessments for delinquent sewer and water <br />billings. Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />Holiday Party Costs <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reviewed past practices of Council regarding the payment for the <br />Holiday Party. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Nelson. seconded by Council member Travis that <br />Council pay for themselves and Quest/spouse for the holiday party. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Eagle T fUCking Appraisal <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that the appraisal is not available yet, hopefully at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Discussion on Goals and Obiectives for Year 2000 <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that Council review last year's goals and objectives and add that <br />list for discussion at the last Council meeting in December. He asked staff to provide last <br />year's list to Council. <br /> <br />Park Budget Increase or Decrease <br /> <br />Council discussed the Parks and Recreation budget and the enterprise fund option that <br />was presented by Michael Navin at the beginning ofthe meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. March explained that the Park and Recreation goals over the next three years defines <br />a purpose for the money and that the auditors would probably require a motion at the end <br />of the year to carry funds over from one year to the next year. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Sweeney. seconded by Mayor Wilharber to fund Park <br />and Recreation in the amount of $50.000. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />X. CONSENT AGENDA - NONE <br /> <br />XI. COMMITTEE REPORTS - NONE <br /> <br />XII. ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that he had received a call from a church in North Branch expressing <br />interest in the old reader board sign that the City owns. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Sweeney. seconded by Council member Nelson to <br />contact the church and see ifthey want to purchase the reader board sign for <br />
