CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the October 13, 1999 City Council meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />The mayor introduced Diane Ward, the new city clerk. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING (S) <br />III. APPEARANCES/A WARDS <br /> <br />Metropolitan Mosquito Control District <br /> <br />Representatives from the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District, Mike McClain and Jim <br />Spicer appeared before Council to recap activities in and around the Centerville area. <br /> <br />The representatives also answered questions on citizen involvement and their operations <br />in the spraying of the area. He also addressed concerns in the chemicals used, and <br />consideration that is given to the residents in the area during the spraying operations. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
