Henslirr suggested beautification-of the- area,- assist drainage and help torregate-drainage concerns <br />for lot 4. Lot 4, drainage can vary from 908 to 909 and may prove to be a problem lot. Furthermore, <br />the developer may want to take-advantage ofthewetland-s and eliminate the-Wier. Mr. Peterson <br />said that he met with Mr. Henslin at the site and additional drainage or excavating of the site will <br />require a national permit. <br /> <br />:Vir. Brian Patterson (1975-73rd.Street) questioned. the difference between lot size and the number <br />of lots in the Woods of Clearwater Creek and- proposed Deer Pass Development.
