Mayor Wilharber called the <br />workshop to order at 6:05 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Wilharber <br />Brenner <br /> <br />Buckbee Helmbrecht <br />Powers-Rasmussen <br /> <br />ABSENT: none <br /> <br />STAFF/CONSULTANTS: Jim March <br /> <br />Trudi Breuninger <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />April 30, 1996 <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to approve the workshop meeting minutes <br />of April 30, 1996 as presented. Motion carried, Buckbee and Wilharber abstained. <br /> <br />May 1, 1996 <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, second by Powers-Rasmussen to approve the joint meeting minutes <br />of May 1, 1996 as presented. Motion carried, Buckbee and Wilharber abstained. <br /> <br />May 29, 1996 <br /> <br />Page 3, 7th paragraph, amend to read: Suggested escrow of $2000 a lot. And page 6- <br />spelling correction. <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to approve the workshop meeting minutes <br />of May 29, 1996 with the above noted corrections. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />June 5, 1996 <br /> <br />Page 3, 4 and 8 - spelling corrections and page 8 amend the motion under consent agenda <br />to include the topics in the consent agenda. <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Buckbee to approve the special meeting minutes of <br />June 5, 1996 with the above noted corrections.
