<br />City Council Meeting Minutes of June 5, 1996 <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg stated that the council will be able to approve the <br />developers agreement and the final plat at the Council meeting on <br />June 10th contingent upon FEMA and RCWD approval. And with any <br />other outstanding items could be put under a contingency of the <br />Engineers approval -- for example: deeds, grading plan, trail <br />easement, etc. <br /> <br />A grading permit is required and the developer does not have to <br />wait for final plat approval to obtain. <br /> <br />Mr. Goertz requested 2 home building permits with a contingency on <br />the Certificate of Occupancy. Mr. Goertz would like to have 2 <br />model homes up prior to the Parade of Homes September 5th. <br /> <br />Mr. Goertz would build the homes as proposed on the plat which is <br />at the proposed flood plain levels. Therefore, the city could make <br />it contingent upon providing flood insurance. <br /> <br />Mr. March will check with MN DNR Water Department and FEMA <br />regarding this issue and get back to Mr. Goertz. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />April 30, 1996: tabled. <br />May 1, 1996: tabled. <br /> <br />May 8, 1996 <br /> <br />Page 5: time correction in last paragraph. <br />Page 9, second paragraph under Eagle Pass amend to read: <br />.... . ordinance against developer installed improvements. <br /> <br />MOTION by Powers-Rasmussen, second by Buckbee to approve the May 8, <br />1996 council minutes with that above noted corrections. Motion <br />carried, Helmbrecht abstained. <br /> <br />May 22, 1996 <br /> <br />MOTION by Powers-Rasmussen, second by Helmbrecht to approve the May <br />22, 1996 council minutes as submitted.
