Anderson (E.F.A.) – Not to Exceed $9,800 <br /> <br />8.North Anoka Meals on Wheels Request for Letter of Support <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard requested that Item 7 be removed for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Broussard, to <br />approve Consent Agenda Items 1 through 6 and 8 as presented. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard questioned whether Item 7: Parks & Recreation Committee <br />Recommendation to Expend Maintenance Funds -2007 to Replace/Rehabilitate Play <br />Structure Equipment at Tracie McBride – Earl F. Anderson (E.F.A.) – Not to Exceed <br />$9,800, was part of the 2007 budget. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lakso replied that it made sense to take this out of the maintenance fund. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to <br />approve the Item 7 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1.Resolution #07-052 – Vacating Easements in the Plat of Centerville (1580 & 1588 <br />Sorel Street – Hanson/Marshall) <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Broussard, to <br />approve Resolution #07-052, a Resolution Vacating Easements in the Plat of <br />Centerville (1580 & 1588 Sorel Street – Hanson/Marshall).
