<br />~ <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Hiring of patricia Scott of Whitebear Township to broadcast <br />City Council Meetings. Compensation to begin at current <br />level. Training will begin on May 14. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Award cleaning contract to Pam Gotwald dba as The Clean Team. <br />The Clean Team was the low quote at $50 per week. The City <br />received five proposals. The proposals ranged from $50 - <br />$139 per week. The next closest proposal was two bids at <br />$85 per week. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Allow Ken Cook to activate his personal cellular phone for <br />work purposes. Ken has signed our standard employee cellular <br />phone agreement. <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />4. Nancy Johnson of the Park and Rec. committee has resigned due <br />to schedule conflicts. Steve Brown a 7 year resident has <br />submitted a letter indicating his interest to serve on the <br />committee. There was no quorum at the last meeting. I <br />informed the members present of Mr. Brown's interest. They <br />were in favor of the appointment. I recommend appointing <br />Steve Brown to the Park and Recreation Committee. <br /> <br />t <br />
