Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />APPEARANCES <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Senior Housing Revised Grading Plan/Plans and Specifications <br />Mr. Nyberg explained the major changes to the senior housing grading plan. The revised grading <br />plan indicates on the north side of the building a new swale is designed to prevent drainage onto <br />property located on Heritage Street. The curb and gutter has been included and stops on the west <br />side of the driveway. In addition, Mr. Nyberg explained the pond has been considerably down <br />sized. Finally, Mr. Nyberg noted he will execute a letter to the Council in regards to the revised <br />senior housing grading plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg reported the senior housing utility bid opening will be held at 10:00 a.m. on October <br />23, 1997. After which time the Council may wish to hold a special meeting to award the project. <br />Furthermore, a preconstruction meeting will be scheduled for the week of October 27, 1997. <br /> <br />LaMotte Park Final Plans and Specifications <br />Mr. Nyberg briefed the Council on the Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park development. Mr. Nyberg <br />explained they have redirected the drainage, however, the wetland impact is a concern. The park <br />area is restricted because of the wetlands.
