Appoint of Patrick Branch to the Park and Recreation Committee <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee requested that items 10, 11, 12, and 15 be pulled from the Consent <br />Agenda for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Paar. to approve <br />consent ae:enda items 1 throue:h 9 and items 13 and 14. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />With regard to items 10, 11, and 12, Councilmember Lee asked to confirm that this is a <br />renewal license as he did not recall that this license was ever before the Council. The <br />Council was assured by staff that the licenses in these agenda items were approved <br />previously and that this was, in fact, a renewal. <br /> <br />With regard to item 15, Councilmember Lee questioned if the extension of the contract <br />completion for the Public Works building to February 15, 2008 would provide adequate <br />time for Mr. Dennis Shudy to finish.
