Authorization for Public Works to Assist the Centerville Lion's in Snow Plowing <br />for the 26th Annual Fishing Contest. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Broussard-Vickers. <br />to authorize Public Works to Assist the Centerville Lion's in Snow Plowinl! for the <br />26th Annual Fishinl! Contest. subiect to other work reouirements. AU in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTSIUPDA TES <br /> <br />1. City Administrator Larson <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported the Beard Group requested they be part of the <br />Council Work Session on Feb 13, 2008. Mayor Capra requested this work session be <br />held after the City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported the February 12, 2008 Planning and Zoning <br />Commission meeting would include a review of the draft Comp Plan. He stated a copy <br />would be circulated to Council members as well. City Administrator Larson suggested a <br />joint meeting of the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission be held on this <br />date to review the draft. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra requested that another joint meeting be held in March, 2008 also for a <br />meeting of all committees and the Council. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported that Anoka County sent a letter announcing the <br />proposed 20010 increase in assessments for 2009. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported that direct deposit was implemented for City <br />employees. <br /> <br />2. Other <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee stated the Code of Ethics must be sent to the committees for <br />signatures. <br /> <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
