<br />Dear Lisa and Liz, <br /> <br />Thank you both for agreeing to attend or send a <br />representative to the next centerville park and Recreation <br />board meeting. Our meeting is held at the Centerville City <br />Hall (1880 Main Street) on wednesday, Feb 6th at 6:30pm. <br /> <br />The discussion about summer programs will <br />approximately a half hour (my best guess) <br />the beginning of our agenda, so as not to <br />of your time than necessary. <br /> <br />We would like to offer a variety of opportunities to the <br />kids and hope that we will be able to work with both of <br />your or9anizations this summer. Some of the information we <br />would llke to discuss is: <br />- what programs you offer <br />- what age groups <br />- what location (in a Centeville park, your facility or <br />other?) <br />- what cost per child <br />- what logistics are there (registration, advertising) and <br />how can we work together? <br /> <br />please let me know if you have any questions.
