PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Code Revisions. The Commission reviewed a memo dated January 4, 2008, from <br />Administrator Larson detailing a number of issues for consideration. <br /> <br />1) 154.023 The Commission agreed that submitting application materials five business <br />days in advance of a meeting should be satisfactory, as long as city staff determines <br />that the application is complete. The Commission determined that three copies of the <br />materials would be sufficient as long as an electronic copy is included in order that the <br />City can make additional copies as needed. <br />2) Fence setback from property line.
