OF THE CITY OFCENTERVII.T.F., MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centervi11e City Council authorized the above stated special assessment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above stated assessment was for delinquent utilities for the year 2006 and 2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centervi11e gave proper notification of such; and <br /> <br />"':-17: <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Property Tax Division bas aclmowledged and certified $753.78 for the year 2008; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council bas directed the City Clerk or Finance Director to make l\ request of Anoka County to <br />abate the above stated special assessment due to the acceptance and receipt of payment in the amount of <br />$753.78 from HSBC on November 26, 2007; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCll.
