I am <br />confident that my 30+ years experience as a Licensed Minnesota Real Estate <br />Appraiser/Assessor, as well as considerable expeliise in the fields ofland development, <br />new home construction and computer technology, will continue to be a benefit to the <br />City <br /> <br />Cun'ently 1 represent the Cities of East Bethel (since 2001) and Columbus (since 1996) <br />and acted as Forest Lake's City Assessor from 1983 to 2005. <br /> <br />With respect to my qualifications/skills as they relate to those you have requested, I hope <br />the attached "qualifications of the appraiser" disclosure will be of assistance to you.
