Retainage has been reduced and the contract <br />will remain open until the topsoil pile is removed.' Remaining work by the Contractor will be <br />finished in the spring. Also when the snow and ice melt we wiJ/ complete the survey to fulfill the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District requirements. Once aJ/ work has been approved the project will <br />be recommendedfor Final Payment. <br /> <br />2. Old Mill Road Improvements (000616-06147-0). Project punch list has been created and <br />forwarded to the Contractor. Punch list correction work is anticipated to be completed in the <br />Spring of 2008 along with the bituminous wear course. Record Plan work will be started soon <br />and Final Drawings will be tumed into the City for Final Review. <br /> <br />3. Centerville Townoffice Park 2nd Addition (000616-06152-0). Project punch list has been <br />created and forwarded to the Contractor. Punch list correction work is anticipated to be <br />completed in the Spring of 2008. <br /> <br />4. Clearwater Creek Estates (BanzaI Property) (000616-06154-0). All work is complete. <br />Seed germination will be evaluated in the spring prior to release of surety. <br /> <br />5. Hidden Spring Park (000616-07155-0). Corrective work to the rain garden and shoreline will <br />take place in the spring. <br /> <br />6. Downtown Overhead Power Relocation (000616-07156-0). The south ROW of Heritage <br />Street has been staked. A final notice was sent to homeowners to let them know we are <br />proceeding with construction of the power lines along the south side of Heritage St. <br /> <br />7. Comprehensive Plan (000616-07157-0). The drqft plan has been submitted to staff and <br />elected officials for review. A meeting with the City Council and Planning Commission will be <br />held to review the draft plan. <br /> <br />8. 2009 Street and Utility Improvements (000616-07158-0). Survey crews have completed <br />most of the work needed to evaluate design alternatives on Mill Road and Center Street. These <br />alternatives have been evaluated The alternatives have been refined, and cost estimates have <br />been completed <br /> <br />A second Open House is slated for February 21st to inform the public of project scope changes <br />which resulted from input received at the last meeting and the preliminary design work. After <br />this meeting, the feasibility study will be finalized with any final changes suggested by the <br />public and/or council. This would begin the formal Chapter 429 assessment process. <br /> <br />9. CSAH 14 Construction Services (000616-07159-0). Shop Drawings for the downtown <br />streetscape work have been received Once we finish reviewing and approving them we will <br />
